Returns
We do not accept returns on any products. All items are shipped with insurance. If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue in transit, we’ll help you file a claim so the shipping carrier can refund you the full value of your item.
Refunds
Refunds are not offered on products. Because every order is shipped insured, any damage or shipping issue will be handled through a carrier claim for full reimbursement of your item’s value.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted if a product is opened and inspected in front of us, confirming manufacturer defects or damage. This does not apply to art pieces, which may naturally include minor imperfections or irregularities.
